Hi!

I'm a 26 year old guy from eastern Massachusetts learning how to efficiently dry firewood using solar energy and cheap materials.

My family has been using firewood to heat our house for several years now.

Firewood burns more efficiently with less water in the wood. My goal is to get that water out of the firewood using sunlight.

A multifaceted problem, with roots in math, science, design and economy, some readers may come across terms they're not acquainted with. I'll spend time getting into the details along with the results of current experiments. Photos galore!
